This show garden explores the profound impact of visiting woodlands on our mental and physical health. Encased in a giant packet of pills, symbolizing traditional medicine, the garden features a woodland of native trees which naturally emit phytoncides a chemical compound that protects against bacteria and fungi.

When we inhale this chemical, it stimulate the production of natural killer (NK) cells in our bodies, essential for fighting viruses and tumors. Visitors will walk through the woodland, learning about these health benefits while enjoying moments of reflection in a serene, mindful space. This garden illustrates nature as a powerful form of medicine and its fragility in times when nature is seemingly like a commodity we can dig up and throw away.
